There may be no better feeling than planning a Vegas Trip. Based on reading this article in today Las Vegas Review Journal - it sure seems like Sin City and the State of Nevada isn't doing such a great job managing it's growth. With funding shortfalls of $4 Billion for roads, $940 million for schools and HUGE tax loopholes for the big gaming companies.
